Meshuggah Bagels
Ingredient
Meshuggah Bagels all began when co-founder, Janna, took her first bite of a New York Bagel with her husband and other co-founder, Pete, at her side. Her first words were "Wow! This is crazy delicious!” A descendant of immigrant Eastern European bakers, Pete had flour and water in his DNA. Paired with Janna, a ten year food industry executive, the idea of Meshuggah Bagels was born after years of carrying dozens back in their luggage from visits to the east coast. Meshuggah meaning “crazy” in Yiddish pays homage to the first taste that started it all.
Meshuggah’s lineup of bagels have painstakingly been perfected to the point that even a New Yorker would swear they were biting into a piece of home.
You can find Meshuggah's popular in our Everything Bagel Salad but in crouton form.
